Elcocarb, Our New Product for Printing Conductive Carbon Layers

We are a pleased to introduce a new range of products born out of our internal developments in non-metallic conductive layers: The Elcocarb product line. If it's good for us, it will certainly be good for you! With the Elcocarb C/SP product, Solaronix is the first to provide a carbon paste to the Dye Solar Cell community.
Elcocarb C/SP is a novel and innovative product that suits the manufacturing of highly conductive carbon counter-electrodes perfectly. This carbon paste can be screen-printed, and has no swelling behavior. Its adhesion is excellent on many substrates. It is even possible to stack several prints to achieve the desired electrode thickness and resistivity. A conductivity as low as 7 ohm/sq can be obtained with a 15 micron thick Elcocarb C/SP fired layer. Firing at 450°C leads to a highly conductive, hydrophobic and non-metallic layer that remains porous. The chemical inertness of this layer allows a broad range of material compatibility with no risk of corrosion.
Researchers can benefit from retail quantities available from 10 g to 1 kg, while industries will be interested to learn about the availability of Elcocarb C/SP in bulk.
